Amplified Inventory is an inventory management software enabling users to list, manage, and sell products, process orders, and monitor sales across multiple online marketplaces.

6. Fees and Subscription Billing

Access to certain features of Amplified Inventory requires payment of subscription fees, as specified in our pricing plans.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan.
• You authorize us to automatically charge your designated payment method at each billing cycle.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

Amplified Inventory retains all rights, title, and interest in the software and related materials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Amplified Inventory for violations of these Terms or other misuse of the platform. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Amplified Inventory is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amplified Inventory’s total liability for any claims under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
